5. - Approval from the legal and banking services departments in KFH. 

Non-profit Organizations, Cooperative Organizations and Sports Clubs:

1. - Articles of association
2. - Official letter from PACI showing the organization civil ID number.
3. - Original ID of authorized signatories.

Students’ Unions inside and outside Kuwait:

1. - Articles of association.
2. - Official letter from the Ministry of Education or Kuwait University determining authorized persons.
