Provision of such guarantee is a mandatory pre-requisite for entering government and private sector tenders. KFH issues different types of them depending on the project and customer desire.

Main parties of “Letter of Guarantee”:

1. First party: Kuwait Finance House client.
2. Second party: Kuwait Finance House.
3. Third party: Beneficiary of the “Letter of Guarantee”.
