When any of Private Banking customers call “Allo Baitak” service their calls will have the priority over other calls. Also they can through this service:

• Inquire about their bank account or credit card.
• Open investment deposit.
• Transfer between bank accounts or to a beneficiary KFH account.
• Report about lost or stolen credit cards, and activate the renewed ATM card.
• Request to issue a new ATM card instead of lost one, and many other services.
