Additionally,  KFH now offers more new and innovative digital services such as instant printing of bank cards within 3 minutes, to become the first bank in the world to apply this technology, as well as many other services including sending and requesting money via KFH PAY, withdrawal and deposit service without a card, and other services such as  Buying and selling gold, instant receipt of gold bullions, payment and withdrawal using watches and smartphones, requesting financing, depositing checks, and “My Plan for Savings” service online. These services and more have proven KFH’s as a pioneer in providing a range of integrated digital customer services through various channels such as the KFHOnline mobile application, KFH Go branches, the website and other alternative channels.

 Send and request money service: KFH PAY

 This service enables customers to money transfers to any local bank account through the mobile number, in addition to the Money request service through which customers can request payment of funds to the account of KFH customer, either by sharing a link with KFH customers or with other local banks, or direct payment from the customer’s accounts in local banks.

 Instant Debit Card Issuance Service:

KFH offers the service of instant issuance of bank cards, thus allowing customers to immediately issue and obtain their bank card within 3 minutes, including self-service through the civil ID or through the KFHOnline application using the QR Code.

Cardless Withdrawal and Deposit Service:

 KFH provides the cash withdrawal service without the need for an ATM card, through the QR code.

 Gold buying and selling service:

KFH enables customers to buy and sell gold through KFHOnline application and ATMs, starting from 10 grams biscuit, where the customer can purchase gold in its purest degree (purity of 999.9) with the flexibility to keep the gold, whether with the customer or store it for free at KFH.

 Immediate purchase and receipt of gold biscuits:

 KFH offers the service of purchasing a 10-gram gold biscuit through KFH's interactive devices and receiving it immediately. This is the first service of its kind in Kuwait.

 Payment and withdrawal service using smart watches and mobiles:

 KFH provides a payment service through the use of smart watches and phones, offering latest smart digital payment methods with the highest advanced security standards in cooperation with Garmin, Fitbit and Samsung. This service allows the use of smart watches and phones to complete banking transactions through ATMs in KFH branches and KFH smart branches  KFH GO without the need for an ATM card, in addition to a wide range of other services including cash withdrawal, cash deposit, check deposit, transfer between personal accounts, transfer to KFH beneficiaries, transfer to other banks locally and internationally, donations to charitable committees, requesting an account statement, opening an additional new account and opening investment deposits.

 Online financing request service:

KFH presents to its customers the service of submitting a personal finance application online through the KFHOnline application without the need to visit any of KFH branches, according to the terms and conditions. KFH is the first to implement this service at the level of the banking sector in Kuwait.

 Online Check Deposit Service:

 KFH provides check deposit service through KFHOnline application, the first of its kind in Kuwait.

 Through this service, KFH customers can deposit their checks into their accounts electronically quickly, easily and securely, by logging into the KFHOnline application and entering the amount of the check to be deposited, and then taking a picture of both sides of the check using the camera of their smart phones, then the amount will be deposited directly into their accounts without the need to deliver the original check to the branch.

 Online "My Savings Plan" service:

 KFH offers the “My Plan to Save” service through KFHOnline, which enables customers to save and reach their future goals through several options:

• Saving a percentage of the salary
• Transfer the remaining amounts of payments from the nearest 0.5 dinars or 1 dinars
• Standing orders from the account
