Kuwait Finance House (KFH) has launched update profile service to customers through KFHOnline App for IOS and Android devices. This confirms the leadership position of the bank in offering high end digital banking services that cater for customers’ aspirations. This service enables customers to update their profiles in a fast and efficient way. KFH customers can simply log into their KFHOnline mobile app, go to "Other services – Update Customer Profile" and take a picture of both sides of the Civil ID using their smart phone camera. The information will be reviewed then updated instantly & It’s not required to visit the branch.
