Kuwait Finance House offers a range of secure and smart e-payment services designed to meet the needs of companies, merchants and business owners.

Our services make it easier for you to navigate and manage your business. They also facilitate the payment collection process through Point of Sale (POS) terminals, or online payment channels.

Switch your phone to a POS

 

- KFH released the new easy and secure Payment Service presented for business owners in which they can use NFC Android smart phone and switch it to a POS that accepts payments without waiting for a device or worrying about the maintenance. 

 

 

 Soft POS Terms and Features:

- This service is Valid for Android 11 Devices or Higher.

- Fast and easy to set up your device.

- All Debit Cards are accepted.

- E- wallet (Apple Pay and Google pay) is accepted.

- Soft POS Accepts transactions from 25 KD up to 250 KD through X Pay (Apple Pay and Google pay)

- Transactions are accepted up to 25 KD when paying with X pay and physical card.

- Unlimited transactions.

- No papers or receipts just scan the QR code for transaction details.

- Service will not be available when connecting to a public unsecured Wi-Fi.

- What is the service?
 It is turning a mobile phone into a point-of-sale device to accept payments using direct debit cards and digital wallets.


- Who is eligible to receive this service?
The service is available to legal entities, companies and institutions. It is not available to individuals.


- How to get the service?
You must contact the merchant sales department via the following email

- How long does it take to activate the service?  
 5 working days from submitting the request.


- Is there a limited number of transactions?
There is no limited number of transactions.


- What is the transactions Limit that is accepted through this service? 
For transactions between KWD 0 and KWD 25: Both card payments and X-Pay (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.) are accepted.
For transactions between KWD 25.001 and KWD 250: Only X-Pay is accepted.


- What is the maximum limit for one transaction?
The maximum limit for one transaction is 250 dinars only.


- Does the service accept credit cards?
Currently only debit cards are accepted.


- Is the service available for all Smart devices?
Currently only on Android devices version 11 and above, and the phone must have a remote payment feature.


- Is this service Secure? 
Kuwait Finance House provides services with the highest security standards, as this service does not require sharing any information. It is only for payment like a regular point-of-sale device.

The POS terminals from KFH provides businesses with an advanced and prompt mechanism for managing cash transactions. This service provides various options for processing purchases electronically through local cards (KNET, Visa, and Mastercard) as well as international cards.

Soft Point of Sale (Soft POS) service

With KFH Soft Point of Sale (Soft POS) service, you can switch your Android device to a POS terminal without additional hardware. This allows you to accept payments quickly and conveniently. The service doesn’t accept credit cards, ATM cards and digital wallets such as:

Apply Pay and Samsung Wallet

You can accept payments up to KD 250. Activation of the service is simple through an electronic receipt sent to your e-mail. For every transaction, you get a digital receipt by scanning the QR code, without the need for papers or printed invoices. The service is available for Android 11 devices and above. It also supports remote payments and requires a secure internet connection.

Apply Pay and Samsung Wallet

Various services from KFH for your every need.

The Virtual Point of Sale terminal (VPOS) from KFH operates without staff. It can be used inside or outside malls, and in open areas such as vending machines and parking lots.

Integrated Point of Sale (IPOS)

Companies can fully integrate their systems with the payment platform, enabling end-to-end automated payment processing without staff involvement. This service is ideal for vending machines, parking lots, and self-checkout counters.

Zaheb by KFH

 Zaheb is a dedicated platform allowing merchants to create and share payment links via email or SMS sent to their customers. Merchants can track payment status (pending, successful, or failed) and generate both static and dynamic QR Codes.

"Zaheb" includes two services

Digital Invoice Link (Single & Bulk):
