DOCUMENTARY CREDIT & DIRECT PAYMENT

A Documentary Credit is a conditional payment mechanism under which the issuing bank irrevocably promises to pay the seller/supplier if presented documents comply to the Credit terms and conditions. 

Direct Payment is a conditional payment against submitting invoices and delivering or shipping documents.

Murabaha Documentary Credit

  • A Murabaha Documentary Credit is issued under coverage of credit facility only and customers will settle the Documentary Credit in installment according to credit facility terms and conditions.
