- The monthly credit card statement shows the number of collected Pearl Points, which makes it easy for you to keep track.

- For each KD 1 you will get up to (6 points) when using your KFH (formerly AUB) credit cards.

• To be a holder of a Kuwait Finance House (formerly Ahli United Bank) card.

• Cardholders earn Pearl points on local and international purchases on POS or through e-commerce (internet transactions).
• Cash withdrawal transactions are excluded from the program (i.e. clients do not accumulate any points when using their cards to withdraw cash).
• The accrued points are automatically credited to client card account.
• The accrued points can be exchanged to airline miles with Kuwait Airways, Qatar Airways or Gulf Air to use under the Terms and Conditions of each of these airline companies.
• Each pearl point is equivalent to 1 airline mile.
• The accrued pearl points can be either exchanged for: (1) Cashback Rewards; or (2) Airline miles with Kuwait Airways, Qatar Airways or Gulf Airways subject to the Terms and Conditions applicable by the aforesaid airlines.
• For the purpose of calculating the awarded airline miles, each pearl point is equivalent to 1 airline mile with the participated airlines.
• For the purpose of calculating Cashback Rewards, each pearl points is equivalent to 0.0025 fils.
• The minimum amount for pearl points cashback Redemption is KD 10 (Kuwaiti Dinar ten).
• Points can be redeemed partially to one or more of the above-mentioned airline companies.
• Cardholders will be informed with the accumulated points earned via monthly credit card statements and monthly bulk notification SMS with all earned points.
• Once the accrued points have been converted into a participating airlines’ frequent flyer program, the points cannot be converted back into cardholder’s program account.
• The balance of the pearl points shall be transferred to miles upon request by the client calling Allo Baitak 1803333
• Upon credit card renewal or replacement, the client’s accrued Pearl points are automatically transferred to the Renewed/Replaced KFH (formerly AUB) credit card.
• If client cancels their KFH (formerly AUB) credit/prepaid card, they will have 9 days from the date of Card cancellation to redeem the earned points by calling Allo Baitak 1803333, otherwise, the accumulated points will be purged.
• If client is delinquent for more than 90 days, he will not be able to redeem his/her points till the full amount is settled.
• Bank reserves the right to terminate the program at any time, or to change the program, Rules; including accrual point calculation/earnings.
