Kuwait Finance House (KFH) has participated as a lead financier of Beyout Plus project, a KD 100 mn complex with a commercial area of 250,000 square meters, located in Mutlaa Residential City.
The project, which has been signed between Mutlaa Homes Real Estate, the investment arm of Beyout Plus Investment Holding Group, and the Public Authority for Housing Welfare, offers a great investment opportunity in the development, financing, operation, management, and maintenance of Beyout Plus complex. It also caters to the needs of new homeowners in Mutlaa Residential City by providing spaces for exhibitions, retails shops, storage, worker housing, and logistics services.
General Manager Corporate Banking at KFH, Yousef Almutawa said that providing financing for a major housing welfare project demonstrates KFH’s commitment to supporting Kuwait’s development plans and reflects its national, economic, and societal roles as the largest bank in the country and the second-largest Islamic bank globally.
Almutawa added that KFH is committed to supporting added-value projects that meet the needs of the growing population. The Beyout Plus project contributes to driving the economy in Kuwait, creating job opportunities, supporting urban development, and promoting partnerships between public and private sectors in line with Kuwait Vision 2035.
Almutawa stressed the importance of continuing efforts to finance and support local companies in line with their needs, plans, and projects, promoting the economy and sustainable development. He added that KFH remains committed to financing development projects in accordance with the applicable credit rules and approved procedures.
Meanwhile, CEO of Beyout Investment Holding Group, Eng. Abdulrahman Al-Khanna praised KFH's pioneering role and financing contribution, which will support the company's efforts to complete the project within the deadline expected by the end of 2026.
Al-Khannah explained that the Beyout Plus project includes more than 100 showrooms and offices, about 300 housing units for workers, many parking lots, in addition to storage spaces with an area of more than 30,000 square meters. The project also provides integrated logistics services, including transportation, storage and distribution services.
He indicated that the project would boost the position of Mutlaa City as an important commercial and economic center in Kuwait.
